RESEARCH
To understand the friction points in the EV ecosystem, our research targeted the anxieties of
long-distance electric vehicle drivers. Through user surveys and market analysis, we found that
while charging infrastructure is growing, it remains fragmented, and drivers frequently face
compatibility issues with static charging networks, driving a massive demand for reliable, portable
backup power options.
PROBLEM
The electric vehicle market suffers from infrastructure fragmentation and a lack of flexible
charging options. EV drivers struggle with fragmented apps to find working stations, while those
looking to purchase portable charging equipment are forced to navigate confusing technical
specifications across disconnected online retailers.
