My research focused on the barriers to entry in high-value asset markets, such as real estate and luxury goods. I also found that traditional investment models suffer from low liquidity and high capital requirements. By leveraging blockchain technology, I explored how tokenization can democratize access to these assets, allowing for fractional ownership and instant 24/7 global trading.

Real-world assets are often illiquid and inaccessible to the average investor. The traditional acquisition process is bogged down by excessive paperwork, high entry costs, and geographical restrictions, preventing a vast majority of users from diversifying their portfolios with stable, physical wealth.
