RESEARCH
In analyzing the workflows of crypto exchange operators and asset platform managers, my research revealed a high level of operational friction caused by disconnected tools. Administrators frequently had to jump between blockchain explorers, separate user management portals, and internal databases to verify user compliance, audit system modifications, or track cross-chain liquidity—a fragmented workflow that introduced security blind spots and slowed down business operations.
PROBLEM
Managing a scaling Web3 platform involves a high volume of disjointed data across multiple protocols. As shown in the conversion screens of jupiter 3.jpg and account profiles in jupiter 1.jpg, operators struggle to maintain a clear overview of concurrent trading instruments, user verification statuses, and system permission tiers, leading to high administrative overhead and potential security vulnerabilities.

RESULTS
Unified Web3 oversight. Centralized platform control.
jupiter successfully consolidated complex crypto analytics and backend administration into an intuitive, high-performance interface. By designing the comprehensive financial summaries alongside granular access control matrices and automated audit logs, I delivered a frictionless management hub that empowers operational teams to monitor liquidity across major chains and execute day-to-day administrative tasks with absolute confidence.
